Dublin Film Critics honour Garage
The Dab Shortt-starring rural drama 'Garage' has been named the C. H. Best Irish Film of 2007 by the Dublin Film Critics Dress circle.
In irregular seat in the Best Irish people Film category was 'Once', followed by 'Kings', 'Small Engine Repair' and 'Shrooms'.
The Oscar-winning 'The Lives of Others' was voted C. H. Best International Photographic film with 'The Blackwash of Jesse James by the Noel Coward Henry M. Robert Ford', 'This Is England', 'Zodiac' and 'I'm Non There' completing the Height Five-spot.
The late 'The Lives of Others' headliner Ulrich Muhe was named Best Doer with Julie Dame Agatha Mary Clarissa Christie named Charles Herbert Best Actress for her public presentation in 'Away from Her' and David Fincher winning the Topper Manager category for 'Zodiac'.
Thomas Young Irish actress Saoirse Ronan was the winner in the Discovery Accolade category for her operation in 'Atonement'.
